Paid Time Off (PTO)*
Reporting your PTO is easy with Time & Attendance on UKG. All employees are required to accurately report their time away from work and use of PTO.
We make sure our employees have the flexibility to take time off for vacation, illness, injury or personal business. You start accruing paid time off (PTO) based on the date you become benefit eligible.
Tier: Years of Service | Benefit Days Accrued per Year |

Tier 1: 0–1 year | 15 days |
Tier 2: 2–4 years | 17 days |
Tier 3: 5–9 years | 22 days |
Tier 4: 10+ years | 26 days |
*Statutory Sick Time is available for employees that are not eligible for PTO that are in a city, county, or state that mandates this.Â

- Day after Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- One personal flex holiday (Available to employees hired on or before September 1, 2024)
Leaves of Absence
Family Medical Leave (FMLA)
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) allows eligible employees to take a maximum of 12 weeks in a 12-month period for approved family and medical reasons. An eligible employee may take up to 26 weeks in a 12-month period to care for a qualified military service member. For additional information please click below.
Other Leave Types
The company offers several additional leave of absence programs that allow for pay and/or benefit continuation, including bereavement leave, jury duty, and military leave.
