Paid Time Off (PTO)*
Reporting your PTO is easy with Time & Attendance on UKG. All employees are required to accurately report their time away from work and use of PTO.
We make sure our employees have the flexibility to take time off for vacation, illness, injury or personal business. You start accruing paid time off (PTO) based on the date you become benefit eligible.

*Statutory Sick Time is available for employees that are not eligible for PTO that are in a city, county, or state that mandates this.Â

- Christmas Day
- One personal flex holidays (Available to employees hired on or before September 1, 2026)
Leaves of Absence
Paid Parental Leave
You may be eligible for up to three weeks of Paid Parental Leave following the birth of your child(ren), legal adoption of a minor child(ren), or placement of a minor foster child(ren).
To qualify, you must:Â
- Be classified as a regular (non-temporary) employee
- Be the legal guardian of a newly born or adopted child(ren) or placed to care for a minor foster child(ren)
Use of Paid Parental LeaveÂ
- Must be requested through MetLife
- Leave must be used within 12 months of birth, adoption, or foster placement
- Leave runs concurrently with FMLA and any applicable state or local leave
- Generally taken consecutively in no more that two separate instances
- Leave may not exceed three weeks in any rolling 12-month period
Other Leave Types
The company offers several additional leave of absence programs that allow for pay and/or benefit continuation, including bereavement leave, jury duty, and military leave.
