Charitable Giving
HomeServices of America companies are rooted in the communities they serve. Many of our companies offer hands-on or financial support to a wide variety of community non-profit organizations. This includes organizations that provide services and support for underserved youth, individuals with disabilities, veterans, the elderly, those who are homeless, those who have suffered abuse, those who are food insecure, and many other causes. Nationally, HomeServices of America is taking steps to address systemic barriers to homeownership for African Americans and other people and communities of color through the HomeServices of America Foundation for Housing Equity.
Diversity & Inclusion
We are committed to attracting, developing and creating opportunities that leverage the strengths and diversity of our people. We strive to have:
- A workforce that is reflective of the diverse backgrounds and talents in the communities we serve;
- A workplace of fair treatment and equality of opportunity, which provides everyone what they need to contribute and succeed;
- And a work culture in which everyone feels at home: welcomed, accepted, respected and valued.
Safe & Secure
As part of our commitment to employees, a safe and productive workplace is always top of mind. An accident-and injury-free day, each and every day is our goal. Throughout the year we participate in various initiatives to promote safety prevention including ergonomic self-checks, office walk-throughs, safe driving and HomeServices of Americas’ very own Safety Month. Together we work to achieve our goal of zero safety incidents – Target Zero!
Cybersecurity is also a focus to protect both employees and our customers. We know that criminals relentlessly try to steal our work and personal data online, so why would we invite them in? 91 percent of all cyberattacks begin when someone clicks on a link or attachment contained in a phishing email. Because of this, everyone in our organization is on the front line of defense against this significant threat facing our industry. We are committed to ensuring the security of data for all employees, the company, and the communities that we serve. The following resources provide tips and information to help keep you phish-free.

To that end, unlawful acts of discrimination, harassment, or other illegal conduct will not be tolerated. Recognizing and respecting the diversity among our employees and within the communities where we do business is vital to accomplishing our goals. All employees at HomeServices of America, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates are responsible for creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace. Diversity and inclusion are critical components of a sustainable business and both should be considered in all business decisions. Making the workplace more diverse, equitable, and inclusive is not only the right thing to do, it’s also crucial to our success. Our employees are our greatest asset. We must continue to celebrate our differences and value the diversity among us as our company grows. I fully support diversity and inclusion programs, and I am committed to the company’s equal employment opportunity policies.
